Introducer Agreement
- You the introducer (now referred to as The Introducer) agrees to introduce clients who are interested in the products and services (now on referred to as products) of Liquid Finance (now on referred to as The Company).
- The Introducer will do their best to ensure that the introductions are appropriate to the products of The Company.
- The Introducer agrees and understands that they are responsible for their conduct in the market place and that it is their responsibility, and not that of The Company, to ensure that they abide compliantly by the requirements of any regulatory body, such as the FSA, in regards to any products that they shall provide to clients.
- The Introducer understands that they must not give any product advice to clients if they are not qualified to do so.
- The Introducer understands that the commission they will receive for each introduction, is calculated from the gross fee paid by the client to The Company for the product in question.
- The Introducer understands that they will receive commission on a fixed date of each month, calculated from the fee cleared to The Company for the arrangement of the product.
- The Introducer understands that they are responsible for the marketing techniques that they use and that they will ensure that these techniques are fair, honest and compliant. The Introducer confirms that The Company is in no way responsible for their marketing activities and that such activities are their sole responsibility.
- The Introducer understands that it is their responsibility to ensure that their behaviour is appropriate and that they have been advised by The Company to contact the FSA to confirm what their responsibilities are, as an introducer to The Company.
- The Introducer confirms that they have made the necessary checks and conducted the relevant research to ensure that they are fully aware of their legal responsibilities.
- The Introducer understands that client data is sensitive and confidential and they shall not disclose it to any third parties.
- The Introducer understands that they will be responsible for their own tax and national insurance contributions and that the relationship with The Company is not mutually exclusive.
- The Introducer understands that the relationship can be cancelled at any time by either party, and for any reason, and that any outstanding commissions will cease to be issued if they cancel the relationship. Commissions outstanding will be paid to The Introducer, as normal by The Company, as previously mentioned, should The Company terminate the relationship.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any Introducer, whose previous membership was cancelled by The Company.
