Our Fees

How much do we charge?

Our charges are very competitive in relation to other lenders in the market place. We charge a fee of 1.25% of the amount borrowed + an admin fee of £350+vat which is only payable on completion of your purchase.

Example

If you borrowed £250,000 our fee would be £3,125 + the admin fee of £350+vat.. Your total costs would therefore be £3536.25.
