Discount Property Bridge

This product can be used where you wish to purchase a property where there is a discount being offered for a fast completion. The property can be purchased using the Discount property bridge. After completion, you would then refinance the property and repay the bridge. As we offer a closed bridge service, in order to qualify for this product you must have obtained a valuation report on the property in question and must also be able to demonstrate that you have a mortgage offer in place. Typically this product is used where a repayment source is in place but will not be available within the timescales.
